This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.2 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.61/2019 was registered on the file of Dandepalli Police Station, on 24.04.2019, under Sections 447, 427, 323 r/w/s.34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not disputes the same and states that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submissions of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
