ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......issue Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners Fresh Acqua Culture activity including digging and repairs to an extent of Ac.21.84 cents agricultural land in R.S.No.182, 184, 185 and 186/3 situated at Ravulaparru Village, Unguturu Mandal, West Godavari District pursuant to permission granted by the District Level Committee vide certificate No.1800/A3/07/7481/7 DLC, West Godavari District/2010, dt.03.09.2010 as illegal arbitrary and unjust and pass such other order......" At the hearing, Mr.Ch.N.Mehar Baba, learned counsel representing Mr.V.V.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 26.06.2012, in W.P.M.P.No.24475 of 2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.24475 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 03rd June, 2015 GHN
