SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1813 OF 2013 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 8 seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.27 of 2011, pending on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sangareddy, registered under Section 12 in the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press upon the other grounds mentioned in the Petition and he only seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and for a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispense with the presence of petitioners.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Magistrate is directed not to insist upon the presence of the Petitioners - accused, unless it is necessary for the proceedings of the case.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand dismissed.
