This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC, is filed by the appellant challenging the order, dated 30.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.233 of 2018 in A.S.No.6 of 2018 by the learned XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

Having submitted for a considerable time, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that a direction be given to the lower Appellate Court to dispose of the said Appeal. 4.

In view of the said submission, the lower Appellate Court is directed to dispose of A.S.No.6 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
