The petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents in Survey No.611/B of Rudrapaka Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District. He wanted to convert the said land for fish ponds in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013. He submitted an application on 31.07.2014 before the second respondent and when the same was not considered and disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 31.07.2014, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ (A.
