ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order dated.19.03.2013 passed in E.A.No.15ol 2012 in E.PNo.9of 2010 in E.P.No.12 of 2008 in O.S.No.1265 of 2001 on the file of Additional Rent Controller-cum-1Bth Junior Civil Judge, Secunderabad 2.
E.A No.15 of 2012 was filed before the trial a court to condone the delay of 736 days in filing the restoration petition in E.A.No.10 of 2010 and the said petition was dismissed on 19.03.2013 3.
The learned Counsel for the respondent/Decree Holder stated that the matter was settled outside the court and the revision petitioner has paid Rs.1,40,0001 through a Demand Draft bearing No 973624 towards full satisfaction of the decreetal amount and therefore E.P was withdrawn before the trial court on 31 .07.2013. ln order to substantiate his contention the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner has filed daily case status of the trial court relating to the E.P. Even the case status of the trial court also disclose that E.P No.12 of 2008 was dismissed as withdrawn 4.
Accordingly, recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infrcutuous. No costs
