".....to issue a Writ or order or direction particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the order dated 10.06.2003 in O.A.No.6508/1995 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad as contrary to law, unjustified, untenable and unsustainable and set aside the same holding that the Proceedings Rc.No.492/92 MA, dated 02.02.1995 as well as Proceedings Rc.No.739/95/HA, dated 11.11.1995 of the 2nd respondent as valid, well justified and perfectly justified and proper and pass such other order ......"

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Village Revenue Officer, while respondent No.3 was appointed as Talayari and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.17846 of 2003 is also dismissed as infructuous.
