No. 105/2015, on the file of the Hon'ble XVll Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and quash the same.

And whereas the High Court upon perusing the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. S.A.V.Ratnam, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of fresh notice to the Unofficial Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted in the circumstances stated in Memorandum of grounds filed therein.

Kundanbagh, Begumpet, Hyderabad. are hereby directed to show cause on or before 01-12-2022 lo which date the case stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in the Memo of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this Criminal petition should not be admitted.

The Court made the following ORDER:
