JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the ad-interim order dated 09.06.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.22767 of 2017 in W.P.No.18664 of 2017, whereby the learned single Judge has suspended the transfer order of Respondent No.1.

At the hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General of the State of Andhra Pradesh that during the pendency of the writ appeal, respondent No.1 is kept under suspension. 3.

In view of this subsequent development, the learned Special Government Pleader as well as Mr. N. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that the adjudication of the writ appeal on merits is not necessary.

In the light of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
