THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CRIMINAL PETITION No.144 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.51 of 2013 pending on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District and transfer the same to the Family Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. There was no representation on 15.07.2015. Hence the matter was adjourned to today.

Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence the Tr.CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
