This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station . Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.25.07.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of Veeral Lingaiah against one Anil and his wife Premalatha, who is the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.304/2019 was registered under Sections 420, 506, read with 34 IPC of Chaitanyapuri Police Station on 16.05.2019 wherein the petitioner-Premalatha is arrayed as Accused No.2; and that the case is under investigation. The other allegations are denied. Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to her under law against registration of crime. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
