DURGA PRASAD RAO C.M.A. No. 1034 of 2014 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order and decree dated 28.07.2014 passed in I.A.No. 321 of 2013 in O.S.No. 615 of 2013 by the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases Under SC/ ST (POA) Act-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2) This Court, by order dated 25.11.2014 in C.M.A.M.P. No. 1705 of 2014, directed both the parties to maintain Status Quo.

3) After taking the consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the appeal by directing the learned counsel to participate in the proceedings in O.S.No. 615 of 2013 before the trial Court. However, it is made clear that the order of Status Quo passed by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2014 shall remain in force till disposal of the suit.
