THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19644 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to award dated 19.01.2005 in I.D.No.99 of 2004 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, and set aside the same. The writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed for non-compliance of the orders of this Court dated 30.12.2010. No cause of action survives in the writ petition in view of the dismissal of writ petition against R1 on 30.12.2010.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
