This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 20.04.2016 in I.A.No.330 of 2016 in O.S.No.444 of 2012 passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this Revision, the main suit i.e., O.S.No.444 of 2012 has been disposed of on 08.02.2017 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
