THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 13922 OF 2016 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in illegally entering into the premises of the petitioner and searching the place without any complaint and making petitioner to sit in the police station without any complaint.
This Court on 25.04.2016 has already granted interim order which reads as follows;
"Any interference with the petitioner's restaurant business, if warranted, shall be strictly in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law."
The aforesaid interim order is in operation from 2016 onwards. Since, the relief sought in the writ petition worked out by virtue of interim order dated 25.04.2016, no further orders are required and I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
