Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Sri B.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for third respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, by resolution, dated 12.04.2013, the third respondent-Peddaravuru Gramapanchayat rejected the request of the petitioner herein. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the said resolution before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
