At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant represents that subsequent to the orders passed by the court below, both parties have settled the disputes and are living together happily.

In view of the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this C.M.A.

Accordingly, C.M.A is closed. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
