This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the FIR against the 4th respondent pursuant to the complaints given by the petitioner dt.06.06.2019 and 14.06.2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.23.07.2019, submitted by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Boinpalli P.S., Rajanna Siricilla District, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.98/2019 was registered against the 4th respondent under Sections 447, 290 and 506 read with 34 IPC on the file of Boinpalli Police Station on 22.07.2019; and that the case is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions the writ petition is disposed of placing the said written instructions on record. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
