ORDER

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not taking any action against respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are making illegal constructions in the premises bearing No.13-6-368, Ramsinghpura, Karwan, Hyderabad, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 10.9.2014.

It is stated that respondents 3 and 4, who are none other than brothers of the petitioner, are making illegal constructions in the ancestral property of 70 square yards. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Municipality states that a notice was issued under Sections 452 (1) and 461 (1) of the GHMC Act on 30.9.2014. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that respondents 3 and 4 would file necessary explanation before the authorities concerned. In view of the said submission of learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the explanation that may be filed by respondents 3 and 4, after issuing notices to the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
