HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13164 OF 2006 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah) This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent-Commercial Tax Officer-I, Nellore-I, not to take any steps prejudicial to the petitioner's firm until the appeal under T.A.No.214 of 2002 is taken up, heard and disposed of by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal being constituted at Visakhapatnam.

Learned Government Pleader for Commercial Tax Department as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner submit that subsequently T.A.No.214 of 2002 was renumbered as T.A.No.214 of 2003 on the file of Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal at Visakhapatnam and came to be disposed of on 18.03.2014. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
