The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in issuing the proceedings dated 09.09.2015.

2. The fifth respondent issued proceedings on 16.10.2015 withdrawing and cancelling the said orders, as could be seen in the subsequent Writ Petition No.7081 of 2016.

3. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
