This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.382 of 2022 dated 08.03,2022 on the file of L.B.Nagar PS, Hyderabad. 2.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. On instructions and as per the e-courts status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet was filed on completion of investigation, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.
