Counsel appearing for parties place on record the orders of this Court in WP.No.91 of 2008 and batch dated 22.06.2011; WP.No.27333 of 2007 and batch dated 14.07.2011 and WA.No.486 of 2015 and batch dated 02.06.2015 and submit that the writ prayer has to allowed. The writ petition is allowed in terms of the orders referred to above. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
