But, no particulars were furnished to that effect. The order in W.P.No.16507 of 2005 is dated 30.09.2013 and more than three years elapsed. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of following the order, dated 30.09.2013, in W.P.No.16507 of 2005.
