THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 15262 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.10.12.2018 against respondents 6 to 15, till date. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions dt.22.07.2019, submits that the respondents have not received any complaint from the petitioner, so far; and that if petitioner approaches the respondents police and gives a complaint, necessary action will be taken. In view of the same the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary complaint before the respondent police and on such complaint being made the respondents police are directed to take necessary action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
