This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3rd respondent in insisting the petitioners to vacate from their landed properties admeasuring Ac.1.99 cents and Ac.4.66 cents situated at Chinnapavani village Lingasamudram Mandal, Prakasam District respectively granted in their favour by proceedings in L.Dis No 27/1410 and 26/1410 dated 22.06.2001 by 3rd respondent as illegal irregular irrational violative of Articles 14 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their said lands."

In view of passage of time, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
