Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the similar works executed by the petitioner during the year 2008-2009 under the State Government and disqualifying the petitioner for opening the price bid as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently direct the 4th respondent to open the price bid of the petitioner and consider the tender of the petitioner for the work " Formation of Left Side Flood Bank from Km 22.000( near N.H. Bridge) to Km 37.100 and R/s Flood Bank from Km 22.000 to Km 39.000 ( Near N.H. Bridge) of Swarnamukhi River in SPSR Nellore District ( SW-2); W.P.M.P.No.
