This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the day-to-day activities of the petitioner by going to his house and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.15.07.2019 and take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.23.07.2019 submitted by Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadishareef P.S., RCK, wherein the respondents denied the allegation of the petitioner that the respondent police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with his day-to-day activities.
It is further stated that the respondent police are not aware of the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5; that they never interfered with any civil disputes of the petitioner; and that they have not visited the petitioner's house at any point of time. Recording the aforesaid written instructions the writ petition is disposed of placing the said written instructions on record. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
