HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.2611 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 2 to 4. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the order dated 20.01.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent as arbitrary and illegal.

On certain irregularities, which are general in nature, allegedly committed by the petitioner, a show cause notice was issued to her and thereafter, her authorization was suspended. Against the said order, the present writ petition is filed.

A perusal of the impugned order does not specify the duration of suspension and it is for an indefinite period and therefore, the same is liable to be set aside. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
