As per the directions of this Court dated 6.11.2014, the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku forwarded a report informing that C.C.No.153 of 2014 was already returned along with documents to the complainant on 17.10.2014. Hence, the subject-matter of this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application, if he is so advised.
