RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.31662 OF 2017 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard Mr.A.Satya Prasad, learned senior counsel for petitioners. He submits that W.A.Nos.1383 & 1401 of 2018 are disposed of by this Court through common order dated 15.11.2018. Having regard to the said order, the learned counsel states that the cause in the writ petition is rendered ineffective. The statement is placed on record.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as ineffective. The grievance or complaint of petitioners on merits is not considered. The petitioners, if can work out their prayers in terms of the order dated 15.11.2018 in W.A.Nos.1383 & 1401 of 2018, are given liberty accordingly. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
