HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.6082 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners-accused persons to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.730 of 2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A and 323 of I.P.C. on the report of the 1st respondent/defacto-complainant.

2) The 1st respondent/defacto-complainant filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the case against the A.2 who is shown as 2nd petitioner to the quash petition and the same is recorded. The defactocomplainant and the quash petitioners 1 to 3 are present before the Court and filed joint memo seeking to permit for compounding the offences in the above crime as they settled disputes between them and want to purchase peace. The defacto-complainant also filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.6012 of 2015 seeking to record compromise and the same is allowed permitting to compound the offences in view of their compromise.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.730 of 2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
