THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4355 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing Rc.No.175/2013/DT, dated 04-02-2014 for cancellation of house site pattas granted to petitioners in Sy.No.99/1 of Tadikonda village and mandal, Guntur district as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in similar circumstances of the case this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.26824 of 2014 in relation to the same subject notice. He also submits that he has no objection for passing the same order in the present writ petition.

Recording the same, the present writ petition may also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 16-09-2014 passed by this Court in writ petition No.26824 of 2014.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file objections before respondent No.3 on or before 10-04-2015 and on receipt of such explanation, respondent No.3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate final orders with regard to the impugned notice, referred to above, and take appropriate further action based on the said decision. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
