Hyderabad. ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the action of the Respondents in effecting promotions to the post of Executive Engineers by conducting Departmental Promotion Committee on 24-5-2013 or any other date during the Courts vacation ignoring the final integrated seniority list of Deputy Executive Engineers dated 29-9-2010 and also in spite of reserving the matter for Judgment by this Hon.ble Tribunal in O.A.No.507/2013 and batch dated 25-3-2013 and consequently declare that the respondents cannot effect any promotions to the post of Executive Engineer ignoring the final integrated seniority list of Deputy Executive Engineers dated 29-9-2010 till the pronouncement of the Judgment which was reserved by this Hon'ble Tribunal on 25-3-2013.
