Today when this matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Domestic Violence Case in D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 before the Court concerned was closed and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Domestic Violence Case.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
