ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 12.07.2010, in Writ Petition No.22628 of 2009.

At the hearing, Sri S.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, has submitted that he is handing over the original B.A. degree certificate of the petitioner to learned counsel for the petitioner in terms of the above-mentioned order of this Court, with a request to him to instruct his client to make a formal application for issuance of degree certificate by paying a sum of Rs.1,025/- through a challan.

In the light of the fact that the respondent has handed over the original degree certificate to the

petitioner, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
