HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.2 of 2020 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4242 of 2019 ORDER:

1) The petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 9 to 14 in Crime No.391 of 2019 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in the above Crime, which was registered against the petitioners and others for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of I.P.C.

2) During pendency of the Criminal Petition, I.A.No.2 of 2020 came to be filed by the second respondent to record the compromise. Along with the petition, a joint memo which is signed by the parties and their counsel, photographs of the parties and Photostat copies of their Aadhar Cards came to be filed. It is stated in the affidavit that at the intervention of elders and well wishers, the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the Memorandum of Undertaking, which is filed along with the main Criminal Petition. As per the Memorandum of Undertaking, both the parties have agreed that they shall not interfere into the business affairs of each other and they shall not file any civil or criminal cases against each other in future.

3) Today, both the parties are present before this Court and they were identified by their respective counsel. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that at the instance of the

elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court in terms of the Memorandum of Undertaking and the second respondent has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners. 4) In the light of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the compromise memo filed by both the parties is recorded and I.A.No.2 of 2020 is ordered.

5) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.391 of 2019 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, against the petitioners are hereby quashed. However, the second respondent is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/ - to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of one week from today.
