THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3835 of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the orders, dated 27.06.2016, passed in I.A.No.93 of 2016 in O.S.No.79 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ defendant. There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. 3.

Leaned counsel appearing for the respondent/ defendant/ vacate stay petitioner placed on record copy of the certified copy of the decree in the aforesaid suit, which reflects that the suit itself was dismissed on 03.05.2017. She, therefore, submits that the revision has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous, as no cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.
