The impugned order dt.05-12-2016 passed by the District Collector, Chittoor has been withdrawn on 09-08-2017 by him. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner herein was directed to reinstate into service by the District Collector, Chittoor, but posting orders have not been give by the M.P.D.O. The M.P.D.O. cannot refuse to implement the orders passed by the District Collector and is bound to give posting orders to petitioner once the order dt.05-12-2016 is withdrawn by the District Collector. 3.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, K.V.B. Puram Mandal, Chittoor District (5th respondent) to issue posting orders to the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without fail. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
