THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.5896 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the written instructions dated 24-03-2022 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Atmakur Police Station and the same is made as part of the record. From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation was completed, final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate and it was numbered as P.R.C.No.10 of 2022. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to challenge the final report, if so, advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
