..
Respondents This court made the following :
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18475 of 2007 ORDER :
Petitioner challenges the notice dated 27.08.2007 issued under Regulation 1 of 1959 directing the petitioner to handover possession of the subject land. As seen from the order dated 05.10.2007, this Court recorded that possession was already handed over in favour of the 4th respondent. After recording the said fact, the Court dismissed the W.P.M.P.No.23714 of 2007. 2.
However, since a notice was issued calling upon explanation of the petitioner as to why she should not be evicted and since eviction was already ordered, no cause survives in the writ petition. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as warranted by law, if she is aggrieved by the order of eviction from the subject land. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
