Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.Ravinder, learned Standing Counsel appearing for APEPDCL. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.02.2018 but no action has been taken on the said representation. A copy of the said representation is also enclosed along with the Writ Petition as material papers. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration before the authorities, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing 2nd and 3rd respondents to verify the representation, dated 12.02.2018, and take appropriate decision on the said representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
