HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32414 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that though by letter dated 26.11.2014, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalyandurgam, Anantapur District, the 3rd respondent, directed the Tahsildar, Beluguppa Mandal, Anantapur District, the 4th respondent, to look into the complaint filed by her on 20.07.2015 and take appropriate remedial action, no further action has been taken by the 4th respondent. The petitioner has made a further complaint to the Joint Collector bringing to his notice the aforesaid complaint. Since it is for the 4th respondent to look into the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the 4th respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2015, as already directed by the 3rd respondent, as referred to above, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 5th respondent and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
