This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings, dated 20.06.2008, ordering stoppage of one annual grade increment without cumulative effect in respect of the petitioner. No interim order is existing. The petitioner retired from service as of today. In view of the same, no cause of action survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
