Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is working out his remedies independently and he may be given liberty to canvass his rights independently and the writ petition can be disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. The Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the request of petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to work out remedies independently or in the actions already initiated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
