THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19076 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus setting aside the impugned order dated 06.04.2005 in M.P.No.57 of 2002 of the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

The writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed for non-compliance of the orders of this Court dated 30.12.2010. No cause of action survives in the writ petition in view of the dismissal of writ petition against the contesting respondent, i.e.R1 on 30.12.2010. Hence, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
