THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1023 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 06.03.2018, passed by this Court in W.P. No.7314 of 2018.

At the time of hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Order of this Court, dated 06.03.2018, has been complied with and as such he does not desire to press the Contempt Case and prays for closure of the same.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
