THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15336 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.29.01.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.26.07.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Revally Police Station, Wanaparthy District, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner enquiry was conducted and a report was submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Wanaparthy District, on 10.03.2018 stating that no action can be taken on the complaint given by the petitioners and that the petitioners can approach the revenue authorities for necessary action. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of writ petition respondent police are pressurising the petitioner to settle the disputes with unofficial respondents.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
