Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition stating that the matter is settled out of Court.

Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently interim stay granted by this Court on 27.02.2015 shall stand dissolved.
