Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh). Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on both sides submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the common order dated 31.10.2016 in Writ Petitions No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with W.P.M.P.No. 16343 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 18779 of 2014 vide order dated 13.04.2017.

In view of the above-said submission, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No. 16343 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 18779 of 2014. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
